Welcome to Jen and Gordon’s new blog.
The 2011 earthquake off the Pacific coast of Tōhoku 東北地方太平洋沖地震, on Friday 11 March 2011, better known as the Tsunami of Fukushima was more than enough reason to change the existing name from Ninelives (established 1998) R.I.P. to Black Tide Tattoo. The life and times gradually brought change for Jen and Gord, reaching from the Stray Cats old school to the more Eastern Philosophy of life.
The black tide is known to be big part of a Japanese Horimono. Once it rolls over you nothing is the same but the same applies for pulling a line of ink.
